Ingredients

Buckwheat groats – 1.5 cups;

Stewed fish – 1 can

Onion – 1 pc.

Tomato paste – 1.5 tablespoons.

Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Garlic – 2 cloves

Cooking process

Buckwheat with stew is usually cooked in the field: hiking, fishing, mass military events. At home, this wonderful dish can be diversified and made a real culinary masterpiece. My recipe, of course, does not claim the title of genius, but at the same time is a simple way of delicious cooking of buckwheat with meat.

Buckwheat cook until ready in accordance with the instructions on the pack. It is prepared almost like all groats: 1 part of washed buckwheat to 2 parts of boiling water.

While cooking buckwheat can do the rest. Cut the onions into half rings.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions.

Stewed in a frying pan, stir and simmer for about 5 minutes by slashing pieces of meat with a fork.

In a frying pan, 1,5 tablespoons of tomato paste. How to mix. Stew for 3-4 more minutes.

Add the buckwheat groats. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
