Smalets pork – 150 g
Baking Powder – 0.5 tsp.
Wheat Flour – 1-1,2 cups
Salt – 2 pinch
Sugar sand – 0,5 cups
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.

Friable and appetizing shortbread cookies on the smaltse are an ideal dessert for flavored tea or coffee. It can be cooked for 30-40 minutes, which will greatly help out for breakfast, when there is not enough free time to mix the dough. Smalets can be prepared in advance and placed in a refrigerator or frozen – this product is stored for up to 6 months.
If you want to bake a few servings of this crumbly cookie, then double the rate of necessary products so that delicacies are enough for everyone. Dessert is kept for about a week, if, of course, it remains after tea.
So, prepare the necessary ingredients and start cooking!
We’ll take a chicken egg with sugar and salt in the container, melt the smal in the microwave oven and pour it into the egg mixture, mix it quickly, so that the egg does not have time to grasp. It is desirable to melt the smaler to room temperature, and not to a boil!
Add the baking powder. If it is not, then turn off 0.5 tsp. soda 9% vinegar.
Then add the cocoa powder and stir thoroughly.
Pour half of the sifted wheat flour, mix. Add the remaining flour and knead the plastic dough.
Cover the food film and put it in the cold, for 15-20 minutes – the cold dough is better rolled and not torn.
Roll out half the dough and cut out of it with molds of the workpiece. We put them on parchment paper, laid on a baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven.
We take off the cookies cooked on the smail from the paper with a shovel and lay it on the dish, let it cool down.
Sprinkle sugar powder on top and serve it to the table.
