Cooking process

Shish kebabs – it’s always delicious, but who has not tried to cook from a rabbit – I recommend! Shish kebab from rabbit can be cooked by pickling meat in tomato or mayonnaise marinade. I prefer marinating meat in a tomato marinade with onions.

To make a tomato marinade for shish kebab from a rabbit, take home ketchup if you do not have such a fresh tomato or tomato paste (pour a couple of spoons into 0.5 liters of water). And that the meat turned out soft, I advise you to soak it for a couple of hours in cold water.

Prepare the foods on the list.
