We experienced the New Year, the old New Year, ahead of the fashionable Valentine’s Day, February 23, March 8 … Profiteroles are a universal snack that will look great on any festive (and not only) table. From one batch of these air buns can be prepared as a salty snack, and dessert – profiteroles with cream. Why not take advantage of this?
The recipe for profiteroles, like borscht, each has its own. I prepared the Profiteroles for this recipe as follows. There the process of preparation is described in detail. I know that ready-made blanks are sold even in supermarkets – you can buy there.
Salmon I had smoked, with dill, you can also use salted salmon (in my opinion, it is even more delicious with it).
Actually, we are armed with everything necessary and prepare profiteroles with salmon and cream cheese.
I want to draw your attention: the indicated amount of cheese and salmon was enough for me to fill 15 profitroles. How much you will end up as a result, I can not say: everything will depend on the size of the rolls.
Prepare the products on the list.
Pour the cream cheese into a bowl. Let’s add a couple drops of lemon juice.
Salmon (and dill, if the salmon without greens), cut finely, send to the cheese.
Then add lemon pepper and mix well.
Cut the tops of profiteroles, fill it with cheese and fish.
Profiteroles with salmon and cream cheese are ready.
We serve immediately.
But if it all happened that the blanks must be preserved, put them in a container, close tightly with a lid and put them in the refrigerator. About five hours they are in this form exactly stand, not lost in taste.
