Profiteroles are small culinary products that can be filled with various fillings. If profiteroles are filled with sweet cream, mousse or jam, we will get a delicate dessert. If profiteroles cook with salty stuffing, then we will get a great snack, which is perfect for a festive table. Today we are preparing profiteroles with red caviar, which look great on the New Year’s festive table.
To prepare profiteroles, we need milk, water, flour, butter, sugar and eggs. For filling 1 can of red caviar, butter and dill.
In a saucepan, mix milk, water and butter, heat, let boil and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
Sift all the flour at once into the bowl, then pour it quickly into a saucepan and stir right away. The gas should be turned off and use a shovel to mix the dough well until it falls behind the pan walls.
The test should be allowed to cool to such a state that the hands were not hot, put it into the blender and add the eggs to start beating. Beat at a slow speed and adding eggs one by one. For some time, I often began to train profiteroles, I really liked this option.
We put the finished dough into a confectioner’s bag. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and squeeze out the dough with a small asterisk nozzle with a distance of 4-5 cm from each other.
We put the bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, we bake for 10 minutes. Then we reduce the temperature by 175 degrees and bake another 10 minutes.
Finished profiteroles are cut from the side to make a shell.
Lubricate every profiterole inside the butter.
Then put the top of the oil 1 tsp. red caviar. Decorate with a sprig of dill and voila!
One can of caviar I had enough for 12 profitroles, the rest profitroli I already made with a sweet filling.
