In the container for pickling lay pieces of mackerel, alternating them with semicircles finely chopped onions.
Put a bay leaf, peas of black pepper, carnation buds and pour water into the sauté pan.
Sprinkle salt and sugar. On medium heat, bring to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Pour vinegar, sunflower oil and remove from heat. Cool it down.
Pour the marinade fish, cover and send the container to the refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
