I propose to make a wonderful snack of crab sticks. If you tried to stuff crab sticks, then you will like this recipe. As a filling, you can use cottage cheese, boiled meat, Korean carrots. I like the Korean version of the carrot most of all, but since I have not tried it with cottage cheese, I’d like to indulge my family with something new.
To make stuffed crab sticks with cottage cheese and herbs, take these products (see photo).
We start with the preparation of curd filling. Curd cheese with sour cream. Fat curd does not matter.
Add rubbed garlic and chopped greens to the cottage cheese. Stir. To taste, season with salt and ground pepper.
Carefully unfold the crab stick. Put a small portion of curd filling.
Wrap with a roll. Stuffed crab sticks ready.
Stuffed crab sticks cut in half, put on a flat dish, decorate with dill and serve to the table.
