Burito with beans is a lean, vegan version of the popular Mexican dish. A burrito with beans is prepared with a large amount of vegetables and a delicious tomato sauce. Despite the lack of meat in the recipe, the dish is very nutritious and high in calories due to the beans, because it contains many proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
To prepare a burrito with beans, prepare the foods on the list. Beans must be washed under running water. Onions and carrots wash, clean vegetables.
In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onions and carrots until soft.
