Light, nourishing, very fragrant fuchoza with shrimps and vegetables is suitable for fasting, and it is prepared very simply and quickly. I like this dish also because it is equally delicious both hot and cold!

Prepare all the ingredients for fancy with shrimp.

Funchozu pour boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes to make it soften.

IMPORTANT! Some kinds of fuchozy need to be boiled. Be sure to prepare the feces by following the instructions on the package.

Once the feces is ready, we drain the water from it. You can just shift it into a colander and let the liquid drain completely.

In the meantime, cut the vegetables. I took a cucumber, carrots and bell peppers. Carrot cut into thin strips. We cut the Bulgarian pepper into small cubes, cucumbers with small cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil and chopped chili and garlic. Well mix the dressing.

IMPORTANT! You can make a real Korean dressing for fuchsa to this dish.

We mix everything and leave it aside for the time being, let the vegetables and fucicose be saturated with the flavors of the dressing.

Shrimp boil in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes, until cooked.

IMPORTANT! The time to cook shrimp depends on their size. You can use a shrimp in a different size. That’s exactly what I did.

We merge the water from the finished shrimps, let them cool, clean the shell and remove the intestinal vein.

Boil the shrimp

We put the shrimp in a bowl to fuchoze and vegetables. Add the finely chopped parsley and sesame seeds.

Add the prawns to the dish

Funchoza with shrimps and vegetables is ready! You can serve it as the main dish in a serving bowl.
