Orange-crab salad for everyday diet and festive table: original, multi-component, delicious and hearty.

Ingredients

Crab sticks – 150 g

Canned corn – 150 g

Oranges – 1-2 pcs.

Onions – 1 pc.

Eggs – 3 pieces.

Mayonnaise – 50 g

Dill – 2 branches

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons.

Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking process

Salad with orange, crab sticks and corn is cooked in a few minutes (the most difficult is to separate the fruit pulp), dressed with mayonnaise and does not require long impregnation – immediately after assembly is fed to the table. If desired, the cutting can be mixed, as in my recipe, or put them in layers, alternately promazyvaya and seasoning with salt-pepper.

Drain the liquid in which the corn kernels were. We cut thawed crab sticks in large pieces and generously sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine corn and crab sticks

Add finely chopped onions. Approximately half a large bulb.

We mend (detach from the film) orange slices.

Throw some fresh dill, salt, pepper and add thick mayonnaise.

We mix all the layers from bottom to top, try. We put it into a clean container.
