Ingredients
Chicken liver – 300 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Eggs of chicken – 3 pcs.
Cheese hard – 50 g
Pickled cucumbers – 100 g
Mayonnaise – 3-4 tablespoons.
Cooking process
An easy-to-prepare salad with chicken liver and pickled cucumbers can become a daily salad, or you can serve it on a festive table. All the ingredients of the salad complement each other perfectly.
Prepare foods. I mix for mixing in equal proportions salad mayonnaise with lean sour cream, so that the salad is more dietary, you can use either mayonnaise or sour cream only, at your discretion.
First of all, let’s boil the eggs and carrots until ready. The liver is washed, cleaned of films and boiled in salted water for 20 minutes. Water with salt. Let the livers cool. Let cool the boiled carrots and eggs.
IMPORTANT: I grease with a dressing in the salad every second layer. Therefore, my products also go in pairs.
Pickled cucumbers on the grater. Liver chicken also rubbed on the grater.
At the bottom of the salad bowl we spread the grated cucumbers, from above we pour out the liver. Lubricate the top with a dressing.
We will chop the onion into small cubes, we will fill it with boiling water, let it stand for 5 minutes, we will drain the water, let it cool. The boiled carrots will be grated on the grater.
On the liver lay onions, then – carrots, and again promazyvaem dressing.
Eggs chicken three on a large grater, cheese solid three on an average grater.
We spread the eggs over the carrots, now we grease the eggs with dressings and distribute the cheese evenly. Send the salad with chicken liver and pickled cucumbers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours soak.
A few hours later, a salad with chicken liver and pickles can be decorated and served to the table.
