This version of the salad “Olivier” walks the Internet for a long time already, and just as long I wanted to cook it. This time I succeeded. Honestly I want to say that I did not notice any difference, so I recommend it to everyone.

To prepare a salad “Olivier” without meat and sausage, we will need products on the list. Vegetables should be washed under running water, dried with a paper towel.

Ingredients for salad

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until ready, readiness of vegetables to check with a toothpick. Eggs cook for 8 minutes, then put in cold water until completely cooled.
