Salad “Mushroom Glade” has become incredibly popular, and in various variations. We have several proven and delicious recipes on the site. I suggest that you prepare a festive version of a diner with meads. The salad contains only the available ingredients. Mushrooms can be used both from home blanks, and purchased.
With a full list of products, you are already probably familiar with the “start” of the recipe. Chicken and vegetable ingredients are pre-boiled in salt water until cooked.
The “Mushroom Glade” salad with mushrooms is prepared by layers, only in contrast to their counterparts, the “glade with honey agarics” will be located in the classical way. Each layer is one after the other. The first one is potato. Potatoes are cut into cubes. My dacha potato was born too friable. So the cubes turned out not quite cubic.
The potato is distributed by the main layer to the bottom of the serving dish. Slightly seasoned with mayonnaise.
Marinated cucumbers are cut into small cubes.
Onion shredded cubes.
Are distributed over the potato. And the onion layer – over the cucumber, and a little mayonnaise.
Carrots are cut into small cubes.
Covers a layer of onions. A little mayonnaise.
Chicken breast is cut with arbitrary pieces.
An abundant layer is distributed over the carrot layer.
Then the mayonnaise layer.
And a light layer of grated chicken egg.
Fresh dill is crushed with a knife.
It is distributed around the egg layer with a ringlet.
Marinated bribes are “planted” on the clearing by the finish layer.
If desired, a salad can be decorated with a ladybird from a cherry or carrot butterfly, like mine.
The dish is covered with a food film and sent to the refrigerator for one hour for soaking. Then it is served to the table as a festive snack.

Mushroom Glade salad with mushrooms
A festive chicken salad with homemade pickled mushrooms is an ideal option for the New Year’s table.
Ingredients
Chicken breast (boiled) – 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
Carrots (cooked) – 1 pc.
Chicken egg (boiled) – 1 pc.
Potatoes (boiled) – 2 tubers
Onions – 1 head
Cooking salt – to taste
Dill (fresh) – 1 bundle
Mayonnaise olive – to taste
Pickled honey agaric mushrooms – 200 g
