To prepare a Carmen salad with chicken and ham, we need such products.
First we will prepare crackers. Bread cut into thin strips and put on a baking tray. Lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil, it is convenient to do with a brush. It will take no more than a teaspoon of oil. You can, if desired, sprinkle with your favorite spices. Dry the bread in the oven until ruddy, make sure not to burn.
Chicken fillet, ham and tomatoes cut into thin strips.
In a spoonful of vegetable oil fry the ham.
Then, adding a spoonful of oil, fry the chicken fillet. A little salt, you can sprinkle with pepper or seasoning, if desired.
Mayonnaise mixed with ajika. At me – sharp, house. Squeeze out a clove of garlic and mix everything.

Serve tomatoes with a dressing.
