Mushrooms – 200 g
Garlic – 2 tooth. small

Salad of mushrooms and beans is one of the simplest lean salads. Is prepared from the available products. This salad dressing can replace the main course for lunch or dinner.

First you need to prepare the beans. Fill it with water and leave it for 6-8 hours or at night. Then drain the water, fill it with fresh water and put it on the fire. Do not salt! Cook until ready, about 50-60 minutes, not allowing the beans to boil.
Instead of the usual beans, you can take canned, this will simplify the preparation, but the salad will be slightly different to taste.
Chop the onions finely and fry them over a small fire until lightening.
Mushrooms, I use champignons, cut into thin slices.
Add them to the onions and fry for about 10 minutes on low heat, remembering to stir.
In a salad bowl, combine the boiled beans and mushrooms with onions. We add the garlic, passed through the press. Season with pepper and soy sauce instead of salt. Stir and let the salad brew for 15 minutes.
Delicious and satisfying lean salad with mushrooms and beans is ready. Decorate with greens and serve. Salad is delicious in both warm and cold.
