Salad with chicken breast carpaccio is a unique dish that is made from almost raw chicken meat. However, it is the basis of lettuce, so to speak, its zest. Prepare carpaccio is not difficult – you will need 15 minutes, soy sauce and lemon juice, but everything in order …
The ideal cutting of chicken meat is thin slices, which are literally translucent. To create such, the chicken breast must first be frozen for 10 minutes and then cut.
From salad vegetables with chicken carpaccio you can use tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, celery stalks, leaf salad – everything that you have at your fingertips.
We will wash the chicken fillet in water, with a paper towel or napkin, and send it to the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Then we extract and slice.
In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce and lemon juice. Put the chicken cut into the container and mix it so that the sauce wraps it all around it. Leave for 15 minutes.
We will wash a tomato, a stalk of a celery and we shall cut them. We lay out on the plate for filing. Hard cheese we’ll rub it on a small grater, add it to the plate.
