Salad with boiled carrots and green peas will diversify your list of holiday salads!
Ingredients
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Eggs boiled – 2 pcs.
Green peas – 100 g
Onion purple – 0.5 pcs.
Garlic – 1 piece
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Feathers of green onions – 20 g
Salt and black ground pepper – to taste

Today I want to share with you a recipe for an unbroken but quite tasty and quite festive salad made from boiled carrots and green peas. The recipe is the result of my experiments, and my homemade salad is very like it! I hope you will like it too!
Prepare the products on the list. For refueling instead of mayonnaise, you can use thick unsweetened yoghurt, such as Greek.
First of all, let’s boil the carrots in boiling water until soft. We check the readiness with a fork. Eggs boiled hard, peas green (you can use frozen without preliminary defrosting) boil in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Drain the water from the peas. We give vegetables and eggs to cool, then we peel the carrots from the peel, and the eggs from the shell. We rub carrots and eggs on a large grater. We put them in a bowl.
The feathers of my green onion, dried and cut finely. Add the green onions to the bowl.
We chop the purple onion with very thin semirings, and then cut the half rings in half. We spread the onion to the rest of the ingredients.
Add the cooled green peas.
It remains to fill the salad. To do this, we use mayonnaise or unsweetened thick yoghurt.
The garlic clove is passed through the press, we also add salt and black ground pepper to the salad. Mix well all the ingredients of the salad with dressing.
Salad with carrots and green peas is ready. We shift it into a salad bowl and serve it to the table.
