A simple festive dish of sprats (snack). In the composition: sprats, eggs, chicken, cheese, garlic, lavash, mayonnaise and greens.
Ingredients
Sprats in oil – 1 can
Eggs of chicken – 2 pcs.
Cheese hard – 150 g
Garlic – 1 tooth
Lavash thin – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp. l.
Green parsley – to taste.
Cooking process
Lavash roll with sprats is an excellent dish, which can be served as a snack to broth and first courses, or as a snack, including a festive table. After preparing the roll, it is recommended to send it to the refrigerator for impregnation for 2-3 hours. When serving rolls can be cut into small pieces, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for pita bread:
Eggs boil hard and immediately put into cold water, then cleaned. Separate yolks from proteins.
Cheese three on a medium grater.
We merge the oil from the can, spread sprats on a plate and knead it with a fork.
For half the lavash we spread mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated garlic.
On the pita bread lay the filling: first the squirrels, then the yolks and the last layer of sprats. Top with all the strew.
Cover the stuffing with the rest of the pita bread and grease with mayonnaise. Then gently turn the lavash into a roll and put it into a plastic bag. Before serving, leave the roll in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak.
