This dish of courgettes is quite popular in many families today. A very tasty and satisfying snack for any occasion, whether it’s a family celebration or a picnic.
For cooking fried zucchini with tomatoes and garlic in a frying pan take the food on the list. Vegetables need to be washed under running water, dried.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, grated garlic, chopped dill, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir the sauce until smooth, set aside to mix all tastes.
Zucchini slice along thin strips, slightly salt.
Slightly roll zucchini in flour, fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
Transfer the prepared zucchini on a paper towel so that excess oil is gone.
Lubricate every slice of the courgette with the previously dressed, put a slice of tomato.
Take the zucchini roll.
Do the same with the other fried zucchini strips.
Finished fried zucchini with tomatoes and garlic put in a serving dish, decorate with fresh herbs and serve as a snack.
