Margarine – 100 g
Egg of chicken – 1 pc.
Kefir – 200 ml
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Sugar – 0.5 tbsp.
Soda – 0,5 tsp
Cooking process
The preparation of the pizza dough can be greatly simplified by replacing the classic yeast dough with a yeast-free dough! This dough is prepared on the basis of kefir and soda, and I’ll tell you honestly – it turns out not worse than yeast, and maybe even better, because it prepares faster! The test was enough for exactly three pizzas, in the finished form it was soft and well risen, the pizza was wonderful! 🙂 With full confidence I will say: I will cook more than once from it!
So, to cook a batterless pizza dough for margarine, prepare the flour, margarine, egg, kefir, salt, sugar, soda.
Right in the mixing bowl, melt the margarine, pour in the kefir and beat one egg.
Immediately pour salt, soda and sugar.
Stir it all with a fork or a whisk and leave the mixture for a minute.
Well, then start to pour in the flour, not all at once all 400 grams, but two or three spoons.
And knead the dough.
The finished dough, after you have interrupted all the flour, will be soft, but should not stick to your hands. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes, let it stand, and then double-tap on the table.
As a result, you get a very nice dough, smooth as in the bottom photo. It will be enough for cooking three standard pizzas, you will get 900 grams of dough.
And now you can start preparing the pizza itself 🙂
