Cooking process

Pilaf with minced meat is a delicious dish for the whole family, which is perfect for lunch or dinner. I really love to cook such pilaf, because thanks to the multivarquet the cooking process becomes a complete pleasure, and I’m always satisfied with the ideal preparation of rice itself.

Stuffing for pilaf can be used any – chicken, turkey, pork, beef will do. In my version, the mincemeat consists of turkey fillet and chop pork, the amount of meat is equal. If you wish, you can add any spices or vegetables at your discretion.
