Pies with cherry in the oven
Very tasty pies from yeast dough. Excellent pastries for family tea drinking from simple and affordable products.
Milk – 250 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt – 10 g
Sugar – 70 g
Butter – 70 g
Wheat Flour – 550-600 g
Yeast – 6 g
Cherry Fresh – 400 g
Sugar – to taste
For lubricating pies:
Egg – 1 pc.

Since childhood, my favorite yeast pies I have had cherry pies with cherry pies. Still my grandmother baked such pies, the truth, the number of them was much more than I bake now. Grandmother began to bake pies early in the morning, and when I woke up, some of the pies were already ready. I dragged pies all day, first after breakfast for tea, then with compote, in the evening – with milk. For a day, a huge bowl of pies was almost eaten by the whole family. Now I often wonder how we managed to so quickly pull up so many pies. And also: how could grandmother knead such a quantity of dough, so cleverly, with one more hand …
I mostly use bakery for kneading, but while the dough is getting ready, I’m doing other things. Another difference between my pies from grandmothers – I remove the bones from the cherries, although they did not bother me at all.
To prepare pirozhki with cherries in the oven, take all the necessary products from the list.
As I mentioned above, I cooked the dough in the bread maker. In a bucket pour warm milk, add butter and egg. In the milk immediately add sugar and salt.
Sift into a bucket of flour and pour in the yeast.
Set the mode “kneading test” (I have 1 hour 30 minutes). After this time, the dough is ready to work.
To dough it was convenient to roll out, divide it into 3 parts. Part of the test roll out and cut a wide mug with a wide glass.
Place cherries in the center of the cake and sprinkle with sugar.
Tighten the dough and glaze in the center.
Then fasten the edges.
Pie the patties on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Beat the egg by adding a little water. With the help of a culinary brush grease pies.
Bake pies with cherries in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes – until the desired color. It is very tasty to serve such pies with warm milk.
