Pies “As the fluff” on kefir
Universal, easy to prepare, soft “like fluff” yeast dough on kefir for pies – an indispensable assistant to any mistress.
Wheat flour – 480-500 g (3 glasses)
Yeast high-speed – 7-10 g
Vegetable oil – 125 g (0.5 cup)
Kefir – 250 ml (1 glass)
Salt – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Filling – to taste

Soft “like fluff”, delicate, baked to delicious blush pies – wand-zashalochka any mistress. Simple and unpretentious in cooking, these pies are appropriate at any time of the year and perfectly complement the lunch, dinner, breakfast, picnic or tea party. Cooked on yogurt, pastry dough “like fluff” is obedient, pleasant in work and neutral to taste, which allows you to combine it with any, both salty and sweet stuffing. And the pies themselves are incredibly soft and do not stale for long. Try it!
In order to prepare pies “As the fluff” on kefir, you will need the ingredients listed in the list.
Sift the flour. Add quick-acting yeast (7-10 grams, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendation). Mix everything well.
Combine the vegetable oil and kefir and warm to a temperature of 36-38 degrees.
Add sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Add the mixture of liquid components to the dry ones.
Mix the ingredients, dab and gradually form the dough into a bowl. Move the dough to the work surface and knead it for 8-10 minutes.
Then cover the dough with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Present the dough and divide portions. I divide the dough into 12 pieces weighing about 50-70 grams.
Align each portion of the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5 centimeter. Add the filling to your liking.
Carefully tie the edges of the dough and give the pie the desired shape.
Place prepared pies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, with a seam down.
Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes, in order for the dough to rise slightly.
Then grease the patties with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
