Yeast pies with apples filling is an excellent addition to home tea drinking.

Very tasty patties made from the finest yeast dough with stuffing, which can always be quickly made from fresh apples. To make the dough for pies as tender as possible, the batching process should be reduced to a minimum, i.e. after we add all the necessary ingredients, quickly mix everything up to a homogeneous state and literally just a few hand movements knead the dough. Due to the fact that it is not kneaded for long and the dough is not steep, but soft and pliable, the patties are literally fluffy.
Basically, I bake such pies with the addition of fresh yeast, but this time I did with high-speed yeast and the result was just as excellent. So if you’re afraid to work with fresh yeast, this test is for you. So, let’s start cooking pirozhki with apples in the oven … Prepare all the products on the list.
We measure the required amount of yeast and dissolve them in slightly warm milk. Make sure that the temperature of the milk is not more than 38-40 degrees.
In the yeast dissolved in milk, add 1/3 of the total amount of sugar and mix.
Pour the yeast mixture into the sifted flour, stir.
Add the chicken egg and the remaining sugar, gently mix.
In the end we pour melted, but not hot oil, it should be cooled. Also add salt and finally mix everything, then cover the dough and leave for proofing for 1.5 hours.
While the dough rises, we will cut apples into small pieces.
Fold the apples with a saucepan or bowl, pour the sugar and put on a slow fire to make the apples soften. The amount of sugar here will depend on the taste of apples, the more acidic apples, the more sugar will have to be added. It does not matter how much sugar, and it is the taste that is important, which you will be guided by.
Apple filling after cooking should be cooled, after which it can be used. While the filling was being cooked and cooled, the dough came, after which it is possible to make pies from it.
We spread it on the table, knead it, divide it into equal parts, slightly roll out each piece and put the apple stuffing.
We protect the edges, forming a patty, and put the seam down on a baking tray with parchment or non-stick mat. Leave the minutes at 15 for proofing and smear a little egg or butter, as more like it.
Bake pies with apples in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 degrees, 15 minutes.
