Preheat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, crush a clove of garlic, fry it for 1-2 minutes.

Finely slice the bacon, fry it in garlic oil until ruddy. Fat, drowned during the frying of bacon, drain, discard garlic.
