Pancakes with a delicious filling of mushrooms and eggs – a great option for dinner or snack!
Pancakes – 10 pcs.

Pancakes are an excellent dinner for the whole family, especially if you make pancakes with stuffing. I cook pancakes usually for one meal. And only when pancakes get a lot, and their family is full already, I prefer to fill the pancakes with stuffing. You can send stuffed pancakes to freeze – it’s very cool when you can warm up previously cooked pancakes with stuffing and quickly and well nourish the family.
Today I propose to make pancakes filled with fried mushrooms and boiled eggs. This stuffing is quite hearty and juicy, so I usually cook such pancakes for snacks or for dinner.
Products for cooking pancakes with mushrooms and eggs will be prepared according to the list. The pancakes are ready. I cooked pancakes on milk with soda.

Champignons shall be washed and dried with paper napkins. From the hats of mushrooms, we take off the film and cut the mushrooms in small cubes.
Onions are cleaned and cut into cubes.
In a frying pan, warm up the vegetable oil and fry the onions and mushrooms until cooked – 5-8 minutes, stirring.
Add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
Add the finely chopped green onions and fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes. We remove the ready vegetables from the heat and chill for 10-15 minutes.
Eggs of chicken boil in water for 9 minutes and merge with them water. We clean the eggs from the shell and cut into small cubes.
Spread the fried mushrooms with onions and eggs in a bowl.
We mix the filling, we try for salt and, if necessary, dosalivayem.
At one edge of the pancake, put 1 tablespoon. fillings and fold the convenient way for you – an envelope or a tube. We do this with all the pancakes and stuffing. From the prepared amount of filling, 10 pancakes with mushrooms and eggs were obtained.
Part of the pancakes with mushrooms egg I sent to the freeze, and the other pancakes fried in a dry grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
