Fucking flour relatively recently appeared in my … pantry and really liked it. So far, only pancakes from it were baked in two versions. The first one – on milk and with the addition of eggs, which I will show in this step-by-step recipe, and the second one – only with grilled flour and water.
I assume that the flour from polba, as well as the usual wheat flour, differs in different manufacturers in properties, so the amount of liquid for the dough may vary.
The amount of sugar and salt add to your taste, but I highly recommend cooking unsweetened fatty pancakes.
Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes from the grilled flour on the list to the recipe. Of this amount of ingredients, 8 thin pancakes were obtained.
Fat flour, i.e. whole wheat flour from wild wheat, is considered very useful! It is valuable high in protein, vitamins, macro and microelements. Those who love whole-grain baking, the flour from polby will definitely have to taste.
For the dough, first mix and lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Pour half of the milk and mix.
Add grated flour.
Mix again and add the remaining milk to the desired consistency with stirring. For thin pancakes, the dough should be liquid. You can immediately add vegetable oil to the dough, so as not to lubricate each time a pancake pan.
Give the dough to stand for half an hour, then mix it and bake pancakes.
Pour a small amount of dough into the pan, bake first on one side, and when the edges dry, turn over and bake on the other side.
Look how different the color pancakes are:
Dark brown – on water, and light yellowish – on milk with eggs.
Ready-made pancakes made of grated flour are tasty with both sweet and savory fillings and sauces.

Flour-fry flour – 100 g
Milk – 250 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – up to 1 tbsp.
