Omelet with mushrooms in a pan is an excellent dish for breakfast. Mushrooms can be used any.

Fresh champignons – 150 g
Eggs – 3 pieces.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Sunflower oil – 3 items of l.
Sour cream – 3 tablespoons.
Parsley, dill – optional

Fried in a frying pan omelette with mushrooms – wonderful and hearty breakfast, for a change of your home menu. I often prepare this omelette for my husband, though not for breakfast, but for lunch. Traditionally for an omelette I use mushrooms, but if you have the opportunity to use other mushrooms, then take them. Such an omelette can be cooked on milk, sour cream, cream or kefir, it will be delicious in any way. I cooked on sour cream. In the ingredients, I pointed out that this is one serving, but it is quite possible to divide into two people.
Prepare all the necessary products from the list.
Champignons should be well washed and cut into plates.
Smash eggs in the bowl, add a little salt and pepper to them, beat them with a whisk.
Add sour cream or another dairy product: for each egg one – a tablespoon. Again stir well.
In a frying pan heat the sunflower oil, add the mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates, then fry a little – until a crispy crust. At the end, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mushrooms with the egg mixture. You can also add chopped herbs. Sometimes I add, sometimes I do not. This time I added parsley.
Frying pan with omelet cover and cook for 5 minutes over a small fire. The bottom of the omelet should be roasted, and the top – to be tightened and not to be liquid. After I clean the fire – I give the omelette a few minutes to stand, then it is easily removed from the pan.
Cooked in a frying pan omelette with mushrooms cut in half and shifted with a spatula on the plate. Immediately give the delicious omelet to the table.
