French omelette with courgettes
Very juicy, delicate and delicious omelette with zucchini can be prepared according to this recipe for breakfast!
Egg of chicken – 2 pcs.
Marrow – 1 pc. (small) (70-80 g)
Flour – 1 tbsp.

It would seem that it might be easier to have an omelet for breakfast! I agree, the omelette is fast, and satisfying, and very tasty! Perhaps, therefore, the French are preparing a huge number of different omelettes – both sweet and savory.
Today I want to share a recipe for a very juicy French omelette with zucchini, which I cook very often for my family, once having tried it in Alsace.
Prepare the products for omelet. You should choose a young zucchini. Vegetable oil can be replaced with creamy, can be added to the omelet and a couple of spoons of cream or milk, if desired. The quantity of products is indicated per 1 serving.
If zucchini is not young and with a rough skin, remove it beforehand. Nectram zucchini on a small grater.
Put the squash in the bowl, add the eggs.
Let’s salivate and pepper the omelet mass.
Add the flour to the bowl.
Well fork, mix all the ingredients of the omelet mixture.
Frying pan with non-stick coating is put on the fire and we heat oil on it. You can use butter, you can take a vegetable.
We pour omelet mass into the frying pan, we reduce the fire to the minimum.
Cover the frying pan with a lid and prepare the omelette on one side for 5-6 minutes.
The omelette will look like this, a little larger in size.
Carefully turn the omelet over to the other side. Again, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the omelet for another 5 minutes.
Ready French omelet with zucchini served hot with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
