Vegetables I clean also mine.
I chop the potatoes in small pieces.
Onions cut into cubes.
Carrots I rub on a large grater.
In the bowl multivarka add butter and chopped onions. I turn on the frying mode for 15 minutes. Stirring, fry onions.
Then add the grated carrot.
Stirring occasionally, fry the vegetables a little more.
I add mushrooms to the bowl with water, in which they are soaked, sliced potatoes, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
Then add more water to the desired consistency.
I close the cover of the multivark, I switch on the “Soup” mode for one hour.

I serve soup with sour cream.
