Fried zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise – a very tasty dish, which can be cooked in a few minutes.
Marrow – 2 pcs.
Wheat flour – if necessary
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Mayonnaise – 150-200 g
Garlic – 1-3 cloves (to taste)
Dill – 0.5-1 bundle

Fried zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise is a simple, delicious and all favorite dish that perfectly complements the daily menu and will not go unnoticed even on the festive table. Prepare the ingredients in the list.
Cut the squash into pieces 0.5 centimeter thick.
Lightly salt and pepper slices from each side.
Dip slices of marrow in wheat flour on both sides.
Preheat the vegetable oil. Lay out prepared slices of zucchini and fry on both sides, for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Fried zucchini put on a few minutes on a paper towel, so as to absorb the excess oil.
In a separate container, combine the chopped cloves of garlic, mayonnaise and finely chopped dill. Mix everything well, try the sauce and add a little salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Transfer the fried zucchini to a plate.
Lubricate with a small amount of prepared sauce.
Repeat the layers, spreading circles of zucchini against each other.
A ready-made snack can be placed in the refrigerator for several hours, so that it is infused, or immediately fed to the table.
