Young milky zucchini with a delicate cuticle cut into circles up to 1 cm thick.
In the cup, release the chicken egg, stir it.
Add salt, chopped garlic, black pepper and seasoning – it can be Italian herbs or whatever you like. It will be excellent if you add fresh herbs: dill, parsley or green onions.
Cut the slices of zucchini into the egg, then roll in flour.
Fry zucchini in egg batter on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until blush.
