Bun – 1 pc.
Milk – 0.5 cups

I suggest preparing chicken meatballs, stewed in creamy sauce – well, unrealistically delicious! I’m sure you will not regret it!
Prepare all the ingredients for cooking chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce in the oven.
Soak white bread or a roll in milk for 15 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Prepare forcemeat. Chicken fillet to pass through a meat grinder or grind in a bowl of a blender.
Add minced bun, onion, salt, pepper to minced meat. If you want, you can add an egg to the stuffing, but even without it, minced meat keeps the shape well.
If desired, add chopped greens, in this case – dill.
Minced well to knead and form round meatballs, wetting hands in water. Put the meatballs in a greased form and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the sauce. Garlic chop, grate the cheese, cut the greens, all combine with cream, stir.
After 15 minutes, get the meatballs from the oven and pour the creamy sauce. Re-put chicken meatballs and gravy in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve baked in the oven chicken meatballs in creamy sauce with your favorite side dish.
