Satsivi is a sauce based on walnuts and a lot of spices. The dish, cooked on the basis of this sauce and homemade chicken, is also called satsivi. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the classic satsivi from chicken in Georgian.
The house hen should be thoroughly washed both outside and inside.
Put it whole in a deep saucepan and add water. Add peeled onions, garlic cloves and cilantro sprigs.
Put the pan on the fire. At the moment of boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and remove the generated noise. Continue cooking chicken until ready. The older the chicken, the more time it takes to cook.
