The rabbit is dietary meat, in addition, it is very tender and very tasty, and in combination with olives and capers – simply incomparable, especially in such sauce.

To make a fried rabbit in a frying pan, we will need: rabbit, onion, garlic, olives, capers, rosemary, dry white wine, olive oil, butter, and salt and pepper to taste.
