Very tasty and juicy roasted rabbit meat with onions in a frying pan with the addition of wine and various spices.
Rabbit – 1 kg
Onion – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 5-7 denticles
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Butter – 1 tbsp.
White dry wine – 1 glass
Water – 1 glass
Dried rosemary – 1 tsp.
Olives with a bone – 15 pcs.
Capers – 1 tbsp.
Salt sea – to taste
Pepper – taste

If you are planning a gala dinner for your beloved family, I highly recommend that you try this recipe. It is prepared very simply, but the result is amazing. The rabbit is dietary meat, in addition, it is very tender and very tasty, and in combination with olives and capers – simply incomparable, especially in such sauce.
To make a fried rabbit in a frying pan, we will need: rabbit, onion, garlic, olives, capers, rosemary, dry white wine, olive oil, butter, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the rabbit into portions.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add creamy. Fry pieces of rabbit to a ruddy crust.
Peel the garlic and onion, cut the onion into four pieces. Add to the frying pan to the rabbit.
Once the onion and garlic are golden color, pour in the wine, add water. Salt, pepper, add rosemary. Fry the rabbit on a quiet fire for 50-60 minutes. During cooking, pieces of rabbit can be turned a couple of times.
After 40-50 minutes, try to savor the taste, if necessary, pepper and salt. The sauce should be sourish – if not enough, then add half the lemon juice (lime). Add olives and capers and cook for another 10 minutes.
