Pumpkin – 170 g
Chicken liver – 200 g
Red onion – 60 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Sour cream – 3 tablespoons.
Cheese hard – 60 g
Thyme – pinch
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Pepper of ch. – 1/3 tsp.
Italian herbs – 1/2 tsp.
Greens – for filing

Pumpkin with a liver perfectly combined, it is necessary to add only a few bright accents in the form of garlic and sour cream with cheese, it leaves insanely delicious result. Also, you can not do without aromatic herbs – I suggest to flavor the dish with a small amount of thyme and Italian herbs. You can serve pumpkin with a liver with fresh vegetables and fragrant fresh herbs.
Prepare all the ingredients listed: pumpkin, liver, onion, sour cream, cheese and spices.
First of all, we clean the red onions, after we mash it with cubes of medium size. In a frying pan warm up two tablespoons of oil, throw the onions, we pass a few minutes.
Chicken liver must be thoroughly washed and dried. We cut the liver in small pieces, send it to onion paste. We brown the liver with onions for several minutes. At this stage, we turn on the oven to warm up, setting the temperature to 190 degrees.
Separated from the liver brown on the remaining oil pieces of pumpkin. When choosing a pumpkin, we prefer sweet varieties. We cut the pumpkin with medium sized cubes.
Liver, onion and pumpkin are combined in one container.
Squeeze out two cloves of garlic, throw all selected spices, do not forget to salt and pepper. Gently mix.
Transfer the ingredients into a heat-resistant pot or mold. Over pumpkin and liver, put three tablespoons of sour cream.
We cover everything with a large shavings of hard cheese. Bake a pumpkin with the liver under the cheese for 15-17 minutes.
