Pork with potatoes in foil in the oven

Pork – 600 g
Potatoes – 600-700 g
Onion – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 3-4 cloves

I suggest one of the tasty options for cooking pork with potatoes – in the oven in foil. Such a simple dish is great for a family dinner or dinner, and it is also decent to serve it on a festive table. In this version, I did not use oil, because the fat on the meat is enough to make the meat roast and stay juicy.
Prepare for the dish all the necessary products on the list.
Pork cut into small pieces of medium size, about 2-2.5 cm.
Preheat a good frying pan and put meat on it. It’s better to lay out those pieces on which there is fat. Then put all the pieces and fry until a ruddy crust on all sides. In the end, sprinkle the meat with seasoning, salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the onions into rings, and slices – garlic. In a bowl with vegetables, add seasoning, salt and paprika, mix well.
Add the meat from the frying pan to the vegetables and combine them well together.
In the mold place the foil shiny side inward. Put the meat and potatoes in the form.
It is very convenient to immediately measure the piece of foil 2 times as large as the shape, then you can cover the dish with a free edge and patch it from 3 sides.
Bake pork with potatoes in foil in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then carefully open the foil, so as not to burn yourself with steam, and cook another 15 minutes for the potato to acquire a beautiful color and become quite soft.
Pork out the pork and potatoes on plates and immediately submit to the table, sprinkled with crushed herbs.
