Pork ham in the oven is prepared very simply and turns out very tasty. In this case, we will not need many products. It’s enough to take cheese, tomato and spices to the meat. If desired, such meat can be cut and marinated, thereby slightly shortening the baking time. I bought meat on a festive day and cooked right away, without waiting for my children to come. To give the meat an appetizing ruddy crust, at the end it should be browned without foil.
To bake the pork-accordion in the oven, prepare the foods on the list. For the accordion, the carbonad is best suited.
Wash meat and dry it. Make cuts at a distance of 1 cm, but not to the end, so that the accordion turned out.
Meat rubbed with salt, pepper and seasoning, not forgetting about the incisions. Put into a shape and pour with soy sauce. Tear the sauce between the folds.
Slice the tomato and cheese.
In the folds of meat put on a plate of cheese and tomato.
Cut the plates into garlic and also add it between the folds.
