Marble beef – 400 g
Peppercorns – 1 tsp.
Olive oil – 1,5 tbsp.
Thyme – to taste
Salt – 1 tsp.
Cooking process
Marble beef is considered one of the elite varieties of meat. During the heat treatment, thin layers of fat in this beef melt, saturating themselves with meat fibers, making the meat juicy and tender in taste.
Steaks from marbled beef are prepared quickly, it is important not to overeat the meat during cooking, so that it does not become dry. Baked in the oven marble beef is perfectly combined with vegetables, you can serve it with sauces and dry wines.
Ingredients of the dish.
Steaks marble beef (thickness – 1 cm) spread on the surface and get wet with a napkin, removing excess moisture. Sprinkle with peppers (through the mill) and garlic (via garlic crock).
Fold the steaks against each other, putting between them on a twig of thyme. Leave for 20 minutes (if the meat is from the refrigerator, then leave it to warm to room temperature).
Oven to warm up to 250 degrees (mode – “grill” with a fan). Baking tray with baking paper, grease the paper with oil and lay the steaks with garlic down, sprinkle a little with ground peppers and brush with oil.
In the remaining oil, dissolve the salt. Cook marble beef in the oven (thickness – 1 cm) 7 minutes. Then take one on a plate, grease with salted oil and stack steaks against each other. Close the top with another plate and leave for 5-7 minutes.
