Mannick with apples on kefir – amazingly delicate and delicious pastries, which is perfect for home tea drinking. Prepare such a mannik is very simple and will cope with it, even any beginner cook or schoolboy.
To prepare manna with apples on kefir we need the following products: semolina, kefir, sugar, flour, egg, soda and apples. If desired, you can also add cinnamon.
In the beginning, sugar and semolina should be mixed with kefir,
mix well and leave for 30 minutes to swell the mango.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
In a swollen mixture of mango, sugar and yogurt add: beaten egg, soda and gradually pour the flour.
Peel the apples from the skin, cut into 4 pieces, cut out the core and cut into thin slices.
Add the cut apples into the dough and mix, add the cinnamon.
Pour the dough into the mold. If the mold is not silicone, then it should be oiled.
