The recipe for a simple but tasty and hearty mackerel dinner with potatoes in foil in the oven. A good option for fish lovers, especially mackerel.
To prepare mackerel with potatoes in foil in the oven, take the necessary products. Remove the mackerel from the viscera, remove the gills. Wash potatoes with a stiff brush under running water.
Cut potatoes along into two parts, pour with vegetable oil, mix well, so that the potatoes were completely covered with oil, lather the form with foil. Place the potatoes with a cut up and put in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes in convection mode.
Salted with mackerel, pepper outside and inside. Put onions in the abdomen of fish, cut into half rings, a few twigs of parsley and dill. If desired, you can lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.
