I propose to cook one of the most favorite dishes of our family – “Pshennik”. Previously it was cooked in a Russian oven. For the flavor, I add vanillin. Milk is best used with a high percentage of fat. It is important not to dry the croaker so that it remains slightly damp. Serve this dish with sour cream, melted butter, condensed milk with sugar, etc. Fruit can be supplemented with fruit or berries.

Millet is well washed.
Fill the washed millet with boiling water, leave for 1-2 minutes. I’m draining the water.
To the millet I add salt, sugar, vanillin. I mix the ingredients.
Spread the millet in a mold (I bake a croaker in a round shape with a diameter of 28 cm). It is better to take a shape with higher sides. But as the ingredients are heated in the oven gradually, the milk does not run past the sides of the mold.
I pour the milk into the mold to the millet.

I’m cooking a mushroom in the oven, heated to 180-190 degrees, about 70-80 minutes, to a crispy crust.
Ready-made mushroom has a ruddy crust, similar to foam on melted milk.
