I propose to make snacks profiteroles with cheese curd cheese. Sensations are inexpressible!
Flour – 200 g
Oil – 100 g
Eggs – 5 pcs. (medium)
Water – 180 ml
Salt – pinch
Cottage cheese – 500 g
Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
Sugar – 1 glass
Vanilla – pinch (optional)

Profiteroles came to us from French cuisine, they are buns from a custard dough about 4 centimeters in diameter with different fillings. The filling can be either sweet or not. Also from the profiteroles is prepared the famous dessert Crokembush.
Today we will prepare cakes with curd cream, there are a lot of variations of curd cream, I chose the one with the addition of mascarpone.
Ingredients of profiteroles with cottage cheese.
Oil, water, salt, bring to a boil.
In the boiling mass, add flour and quickly knead the dough until smooth.
Then we cool for about 30 minutes and one by one (!) Interpose eggs (with a spoon or in a combine). As a result, we get a homogeneous, non-liquid dough that keeps the shape.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet with a spoon or with a confectionery bag.
Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 10 minutes and then 25 minutes at 180.
Cooking cream for profiteroles
Beat the sugar mixer (if desired, add vanilla) and pasty cottage cheese, add mascarpone and briefly beat until creamy.
Cooled profiteroles fill the cream with a culinary syringe or cut into 2 parts – a spoon.
Finished cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorate to your taste.
