Many have become accustomed to the fact that lecho is prepared from pepper and tomatoes, but in modern cooking the lecho variants have significantly expanded. Lecho from green tomatoes turns out very tasty and is sure to please your family. It can be served with meat dishes or with any garnish.

Wash the green tomatoes and cut into large slices.
