Potato pancakes with pumpkin love very much, they have beautiful color, wonderful aroma and very tasty. Cooking them is easy. Perfect such potato pancakes with pumpkin for breakfast.
We’ll clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. I will use a blender to rub the vegetables.
We will grate vegetables on medium grater.
Place the mixture in a bowl, add the flour and egg. A little salt and pepper does not hurt. If you want, you can add fresh greens.
The dough should not be liquid, so adjust the amount of flour yourself. I had 1.5 tablespoons.
We will heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon the mass into a pan and fry until golden hue on each side.
Ready potato pancakes with pumpkin put on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
