Lush fritters on kefir and yeast is an easy recipe for a delicious dish. Such pancakes are perfect for breakfast, snack or snack. They are wonderfully combined with jam, sour cream, condensed milk and various drinks: tea, coffee, milk.

Pour the sifted flour. It is better to sift the flour 2-3 times. So it will be enriched with oxygen, and this will favorably affect the dough and the pancakes themselves.
Mix everything again. The dough should turn out to be homogeneous, without the lumps of battered flour. By consistency it will be quite thick – if you raise the spoon with the dough, it will slowly slide down.
Cover the container with the test food film or napkin and send to a warm place for 15-30 minutes. During this time, the dough should increase significantly in volume, become bubbly and airy. Do not mix it up again!
Preheat the frying pan with a little oil. Spoon gently from the edge of the container to select a small portion of the dough and set it in a frying pan, forming pancakes.
The fire should be below average. If you make the fire strong, pancakes will not be baked inside, and if too weak – they will absorb a huge amount of oil.
Fry the fritters on each side for 2-3 minutes or until blanch.
