Cooking process
When frying pancakes, we add fresh or frozen / canned berries, pieces of fruit or stone, eventually get a bake, according to this recipe – sweet, for breakfast, tea, children’s afternoon snack.
Choose your favorite, tested version of the test. Pancakes with baking can easily be seasoned with seasonal fruits and from winter stock. If you prefer unsweetened, reduce the dosage of sugar during the batch, and replace the fruit berries with cheese, greens, mushrooms, chopped vegetables, cereals.
Take the products on the list.
Whisk the egg, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar or, if desired, another flavor.
We add sour milk, flour with baking powder.
We knead a thick dough, heat the frying pan in parallel, pour in lean oil.
In the hot oil spread on a spoonful of sticky dough. Above, barely ramming, leave the berries of black currant, plum and apricot lobules. Fry until a ruddy crust on the bottom, then turn the pancakes.
Rouge from the back side. We transfer fritters on a paper napkin to remove the remains of fat.
We serve sweet pancakes with a warm bake, with sour cream, jam, honey. Bon Appetit!
Fritters with baking
For breakfasts and snacks, bake pancakes with sweet baking: berries, fruits.
Ingredients
Sour milk (curdled milk, kefir) – 200 ml
Flour – about 150 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 2-3 tablespoons.
Baking Powder – 3 g
Salt – 2 g
Vanilla sugar – 5 g
Frozen / fresh berries, apricots, plums – 50-70 g
Vegetable oil – for frying
