My family is very fond of baked potatoes with ruddy crispy crust and baked fish. Fragrant potatoes with rosemary and garlic are perfectly combined with juicy red fish, especially with trout. Prepare this dish on a day off and make your family happy with a delicious dinner.
Prepare the products necessary for cooking trout with potatoes in the oven. Potatoes and rosemary wash under running water, dry with a paper towel.
Cut the potatoes along into two pieces, put them in a roasting dish. Lubricate each potato slice with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put it into a mold with potatoes and bake for 20-25 minutes until crusty.
While the potatoes are baked, salt and pepper the fish.
Pierce potatoes with a knife. If the knife comes in easily, season the potatoes and pepper.
Add rosemary, sliced garlic.
On top of the potatoes lay out pieces of fish and bake everything together for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish fillet.
Serve trout in the oven trout with potatoes with fresh vegetables and herbs. Pleasant!
