Not a complicated recipe for baking of sea bass with eggs, cheese and sour cream in the oven.
Ingredients
Sea bass – 3 pcs
Lemon – quarter
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 100 g.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
Red ground pepper – 1/4 tsp.
Rosemary – 1 tsp.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Cooking process
For cheese frying a cheese sauce is excellent, consisting of: sour cream, eggs and hard cheese. Today I prepared a sea bass with him, which turned out very tasty. The recipe is quite simple and I gladly share it in this small master class.
Sea bass wash, cleanse of scales and extract the entrails. Fins cut off.
In each carcass make a transverse incision and put a lobule of lemon into it. Also rub the fish with red pepper and season with rosemary.
To make cheese sauce, mix in a bowl: eggs, sour cream and cheese. Season with salt and mix well.
Form the baking sheet with foil and lay on it carcass of sea bass. Pour each fish with cheese sauce. Remove the form with perch in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, 40-45 minutes before browning.
After baking, I got such beauty.
Serve the baked sea bass with sauce with simple side dishes and vegetable salads, be guided by your taste preferences.
