The oven-baked pangasius fillet with potatoes is a very simple and tasty everyday dish for dinner. Obtained garnish + main course.
Pangasius – 300 g
Potatoes – 500 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Ketchup – 1 tbsp.
Garlic – 1 tooth
Provencal herbs – 2 pinch
Salt and pepper – to taste

Recently, I increasingly prefer to prepare meals for dinner, in which meat or fish is cooked together with a vegetable garnish.
Baked in the oven pangasius with potatoes – one of the options of this dish. The best thing for this is a fish fillet. It is not difficult to cook this dish, and even a novice mistress will cope with its preparation.
Prepare all the products on the list.
Onions are cut into rings. Bulgarian peppers are also cut into rings.
We peel the potatoes and cut them thinly. Add the garlic, provencal herbs, salt, pepper and mayonnaise passed through the press. We mix everything so that the potato was covered with mayonnaise with spices.
Spread half the potatoes on a baking tray or in a baking dish. On top, lay out half of the onion, lay out a layer of potatoes and another layer of onions.
Pangasius fillet is chopped into small pieces.
We put the cut fish into a bowl, add salt, pepper black ground and ketchup. Mix well the fish with ketchup and spices.
Spread pieces of fish over a vegetable pillow.
Top spread the Bulgarian pepper. We cover the baking sheet or the foil and send pangasius with potatoes to the oven, heated to 170 degrees C, for 40-50 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook the dish for another 15 minutes.
Ready meal is served to the table with fresh bread.
